The only thing you can really do is uninstall the CIA version and only use the 3dsx version

1. Tap on the 'System Settings' icon which is the spanner.
2. Enter 'Data Management' press the 3DS logo and then enter 'Software'.
3. Scroll to find "FBI", tap on it and then press 'Delete'.
4. Confirm by pressing 'Delete'.
