Hi! I have a New nintendo 2ds XL that is suffering from a ram issue, called nintendo and they said they would repair it for 60 dollars flat, how could i remove CFW and wipe it without being able to boot into anything?

If you can't boot into GodMode9 then you have no real options unfortunately.

You might want to replace the motherboard yourself in this case. Most likely you could still boot into the essential dumper (which is supposed to work on consoles with failing ram) and make backups of certain critical files (especially hardware calibration data) from the current motherboard's NAND. If you cannot or do not want to do this, well...

I can access godmode9 but it has visual errors constantly, the guide tells me to do alot of testing, can i just skip the testing and send a bricked device?

I guess? You could use the uninstall script, which will install the stock FIRM and remove some files from CTRNAND.

Before you do that, you should absolutely make a backup of the NAND and essential.exefs. Nintendo will likely send back a fresh console (except maybe with your NNID linked), so having a backup now means you could restore almost anything you want.
