ROM Hack How to rebuild a xci

So I am deciding to unpack a xci file and randomize it

(Yes a rom of one of the pokemon games)

But what program can you use to rebuild it back into a xci file? (I'm new to using xci files and I'm wanting to know what program I could use to rebuild a extracted rom xci)

Actually you should use NSC_Builder instead.
