Hacking How to put .sav file on original cart?

I have a heart gold rom save and was wondering if it is possible to move the save onto an original copy of the game because I plan on purchasing it! Any help would be greatly appreciated! I'm new as a member but i've been browing a while! Thanks.

If you use Rudolph's wifi backup tool you can restore and backup the save file from the original card (you obviously need a wireless router for this).

just make sure you're using the save backup otherwise you will be wasting your time

Rudolph's tool doesn't work with HG/SS currently as something about the save is different.
