So, Aurora Wright discovered that the AGB_FIRM does support the save types Flash1M+RTC, allowing to inject games with those save types without patchings. Just need to adjust the footer with correct data (more information: https://reddit.immunicity.re/r/3dshacks/comments/6yzlo6/agb_mode_discoveries/)

Now I would like to know how to modify the RTC setting from AGB_FIRM, to sync the data with the same in emulator and real cartridge.

In the case of Pokemon games, the common sync can be done by editing the save file (using A-Save or PkHex) and reseting the RTC info in the save, setting the "Initial Time" with all zeros, except "days", that needs to be 1.
Then, editing the emulator RTC setting (or editing the RTC chip from real cartridge using a GBA/NDS homebrew app) to whatever date and time you desire will yields the correct real time being displayed in the in-game clock.
I'm doing this for a long time, and can move the save file from emulator and real cartridge without time desync.

Now comes the AGB_FIRM. I can't find a way to change it's RTC settings. It must be saved in the title's save data because I confirm each title holds it's own individual RTC data. The file size is 257KB, enough to hold full 128KB data and all other known and unkonwn info (https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/3DS_Virtual_Console#NAND_Savegame)

Anyone poked around the ARM7 registers ou know more about this topic?
