On a particular dark website there are some individual update files for games such as Xenoblade and splatoon. I have no idea how they got them, but was wondering if there is a way to manually update my 1.0 *backups* without connecting to the internet as I am still on 4.1.0, using some kind of tools on PC or otherwise. the update files are in NCA format.

You will have to use the leaked DevMenu app to install those which will not be shared here for obvious purposes. There is also no tutorial/guide on how to use it to apply game updates so you're on your own. But to answer your post, it is possible.
