Homebrew How to make a Homebrew Channel/App?

Can anyone tell me how to make a Homebrew channel/app? Or direct me to a website/video telling me how I can? I would love to try and contribute to the community of Homebrew, and I feel this is my chance. All answers are appreciated.

I would say the easiest way is to learn Lua and use LPP-3DS. You could previously find some really good tutorials on Lua.

So does this include games? I was intending on learning Unity at some point, and I recently heard that the New 3DS can run games written in Unity. This has made me super interested in programming a simple visual novel in Unity and seeing if I can get it to be multiplatform.
