Homebrew how to lunch rxtools without internet

hi, I hope this is the right section
well, i am using rxtools to play cia games, everything is great
but I was hoping to lunch it without the browser
I don't have wireless everywhere, and I really wish if there is an easy way to lunch it

is there ?

Yes, there is. It's called Menuhax. It's part of the homebrew starter pack and chances are you already have the installer for it on your SD card.

Yes just get the 3dsx for rxtools and it should work

If you read the section, you would see that it tells you to go to the section on how to easily update to 9.2.
