The title says it all , i have a black 4.3u wii , toshiba canvio plus 3.0 HDD but i don't have wi-fi in our house. It said from the instructions on some installation guides that they strongly recommend wi-fi or internet connection while installing things like cIOS stuffs. Is it possible to install it without internet connection?

Though I'm guessing you must have all of the ios' ready before-hand... though make sure you have the necessary cIOS' installed. For instance, Hermes 222-224, d2x ios249 and d2x ios250. Make sure to NOT follow YouTube Tutorials as they are outdated causing serious problems.

Instead though, I'd recommend ModMii, it's much easier.
