Hacking How to install bluecardfix.cia?

Alright guys so I cracked open my new 3ds and i'm trying to install the blue card fix but i'm getting an error.

Import failed. File:
bluecardfix.cia
This cia is invalid.
(0xD8E08027)

Now I remember reading that you cant use BigBlueMenu and that you needed devmenu.csu or something along those lines think anyone can help me out with this?

what are you installing it with/what hacks?
anyway, remove the old one first. only the very recent gw updates patches the fw that let you overwrite an existing app with an older version.

i'm using the cia found in the Gateway 3.2.1 pack and installing it with TitleManager from my red card while in sysnand.

Yup newest launcher I don't know maybe the title manager i'm using is no good think you can pm a the titlemanager you use in the .3ds format?

I dont normally bump my own threads but i'm kind of desperate, gateways guide does not have steps for installing the blue card fix and I really wanna continue my run of MMBN5.

Try using DevMenu.3DS. Gateway's website has info on where to find it, I think.

So good news using devmenu.3ds did the trick maybe its because devmenu is signed differently with an older or newer SDK regardless I got it working now thank you TidusWulf

i still still cant get this to work, i uninstalled the title 0x0004800f484e4841 from the emunand then install the bluecardfix.cia and it installed but it still did not work. gateway blue still boots to "an error has occurred"
do i install this to sysnand?

Either take out your SD card so your 3DS has no choice but to use the sysnand, or use the gateway short cut to it, which I don't remember, pretty sure it's in the gateways instructions.

edit:

Boot up your 3DS to the gateway menu.

Place the cursor over “BOOT GATEWAY MODE” and Hold B then Press A, then Press X by itself
to boot to SysNAND Gateway Mode.
Caution!
Do not use SysNAND Gateway Mode except to perform this operation as anything done to the New 3DS in this mode will apply directly to the system itself and could cause damage!

I get in the above warning just so you remember that writing to your sysnand is dangerous and has the potential to brick your system. The bluecardfix.cia won't brick your system, but you need to be careful regardless.

Well my main concern is where do I install it? Must I install it to the sysnand? I wanted to install it to my Emunand and launch the game from there.but I don't think it works because like agb firm, tlw titles rather it's cartridge or dsi title it reboots system into ds mode.
Am I right?

I got devenu as a .cia and install it to sys nand via pasta / rx dev and use that to install blue card fix
