Homebrew How to install and use PKHex

I very much want to learn how to install and use PKHex on my current Nintendo 3DS XL and I was recommended this place. Could you anyone show me specifically how it is done?

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
