Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

I want custom music just played rockband and gh for the 1st time i dont like the music i want a anime or video game orchestrated music. can anyone tell me how to do this i dont get it at all
