Hacking How to get Save file from Action replay DS

My friend got this Action replay DS and he wanna toy around with Animal Crossing Map editor.
So the Question is.
How do he extract the saved file on ards to the computer?

Action replay use duc and/or dss extensions, I never got any word back regrading the working status of it but converting to is simply a matter of removing the data before 1F4 (hex).
Converting back again should be simple enough, have a read of some of my last posts in this thread (FF3 save editor):

Are you sure you have the Action Replay Max Duo? (Sometimes called the Action Replay Max) The pure Slot-1 Action Replay device will not work with the ACWW map editor.

Let's see here. It sounds like you have already downloaded the ACWW map editor. While you were on that site, did you happen to notice, oh, I don't know, the complete tutorial on how to use the software?
