Is it possible to do a full backup of my ps3? all of the saves, pics, videos, games on harddrive etc....

I got newest firmware and my ps3 is not hacked (160gb fat one)

there should be a choice int he system setting to back system up but you will need something big enough to store it on

Will it back up?

- Video / Photo's?
- PS3 Save's (most important!)
- PSN Downloaded games

All of it?

It backups everything. saves, certificates, games, data, etc.

This is the menu you use when changing your internal HDD.
In the settings menu select backup/restore.

I don't remember what option is available in the rescue menu, but I think you don't need it.
just use the settings in the XMB.

K it took about 2 hours to back it up, after I finished it became a total size of about 50GB, does that seem about right?

No one can tell you that since we don't know what games and videos you have stored on your PS3.
