Good morning, guys. I have two problems:

1- Mario Kart 8 and Rune factory: both giving error that the recording data is corrupted. I already deleted it, but I don't know why they come back after the deletion. So, I can't get into the games. I tried to use other people's sav but nothing, the Checkpoint wrote a message like that "failed to mount save".

2- Kirby star allies (error message asking for game update); Both errors happened after I transferred 2 games from the sd card to the internal memory. I've tried factory restoration but when I do, it gives a screen full of atmosphere codes ... My idea would be to remove the atmosphere to see if I can restore it from the factory, but the switch does not boot.

Is there a way to access manually the saves on the internal memory?
The factory restore could be helpful?

Did those games have dlc and updates on the sd card? If you move them to internal memory the save files cannot be accessed without the said dlc/updates

Yes, all of them were with the updates.

I have fear to move to internal memory because I just did that and almost all saves were corrupted.

All the problems happen when a transfer 2 games from sd card to internal memory from the Switch settings.

Edit 1: I already try to delete the user profile but appear a error message and was not possible (Error 2002-0008)...

Edit 2: tried to intall the nsp without update but the system ask me for the update.

Edit 3: I could delete the user but the save files still there=(

How can I acess the internal memory?
