ROM Hack How to edit Pokemon names?

Im still new to Pokemon hacking and editing, so before I'm gonna make my own Pokemon and stuff, how am I gonna edit the names? Ex: Shadow Lugia, Mega Flygon, etc.
Sorry if this is a dumb question.
