Your options are:
  1. Downgrade with a full NAND backup (including BOOT0, BOOT1, and either eMMC raw GPP or eMMC SYS)
  2. ChoiDujour which only supports installing firmware versions 1.0 to 6.1
  3. ChoiDujourNX which is the easiest method and supports all firmware versions
However you should check your fuse count before doing any downgrading which you can do with Hekate. Also why downgrade?
