This was a region-changed Korean Wii from 3.5k to 4.1u,I heard that it's better to delete all the channels ending with the letter "K".
I have had done all of these apart from the HAKK in the hidden channel ,i always got a message like that both in CHM and Anytitle deleter

I wouldn't recommend deleting anything you don't know.

But there's Anytitle Deleter. Be extremely carefully before you delete anything, especially in the system files, or hidden channels.

you got a version of ATD that was compiled with the "brick protection" flag. that's all. there is absolutely nothing wrong with deleting hidden channels if you know what you are doing. anybody who tells you different is an idiot. you simply need to get a version of ATD that was compiled without the "noob-proof" shit in it.

the reason behind this that you are getting is because ATD cannot decide what region your system menu is. and among the hidden channels are the EULA for your region. it is just making sure you don't delete you EULA.

Thanks for your advice, and finally i deleted it with your ATD mod(ATD_giuntpune) after i tried ATD v4,v6,DB, etc.

HAKK is indeed the EULA channel (for the Korean region, anyways). It is non-existant on Nintendo's servers, and I don't think it's on any games, so there's no way to recover it at the moment. In other words, you can't convert it back to the Korean region and have updating work (shouldn't be a big deal unless you will get rid of the Wii).

It's on Nintendo's servers. You can download it from NUS Downloader
