Gaming How to defeat dark Bowser?

Guys, since I'm going to get Bowser's inside story on the 3DS for my brother, he needs to defeat dark bowser and the evil, dark virus guy in the final battle. Can you help him with some tips?

just try to max out your level( keep leveling up by defeating easier enemies). if that doesn't work, try getting some upgrades of your equipment.
