ROM Hack How to decrypt large .3ds files

I have one 3DS game that is just over 4gb. I normally would copy my .3ds rom to my SD card and use Decryptor to decrypt it, but I can't copy the file over because of the fat32 restriction on the SD card. I have split the game with the Gateway rom splitter tool, but then I am dealing with multiple .3d? files and I don't want to.

Is there a way to decrypt a .3ds rom this size and how do you do it?

You can decrypt it on a PC, no need for a 3DS. Or you can trim it so it fits (if it's a Card2 game you have to untrim it before you play it otherwise it won't save without an extra workaround using this tool: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iuwrvqx3x1uz8p6/card1to2trim.rar?dl=0)
Although depending on what you are trying to do, you don't even need to decrypt it.
