I recently downloaded a couple skins for M3 Sakura and although they contain all the correct .bmp files...there's no .skn file. Is there any way to package all those .bmp files into a .skn file so I can use the skin on Sakura?

My DS Skin Maker contains all the tools required to make the skn files, plus it can decompile and extract skn files.
