Hacking How to convert gateway3ds sav to cia save without gateway flashcart?

I downloaded this save and found that it was gateway3ds.sav but how do i convert to my cfw cia sav without gateway flashcart ,because all i have googled are mentioned that the gateway3ds red card is needed to do the conversion.

Can someone help me convert please? the save that i have downloaded is on below. Thank you

You'd be lucky enough to find someone to convert your own save, because people might feel sorry for you losing your progress that you worked for yourself. But they're not likely to spend their time converting a random save they found on the internet.
