Homebrew How to convert decrypted to encrypted for .3ds files?

I don't want a decrypted files. I need to convert them to an encrypted files. Is that possible ?
 
Sorry about that. I forgot to tell you..

I prefer to do this on PC with an decrypted roms to an encrypted. Not my 3DS portable. I prefer to use it on PC.

You have to load the encrypted file onto your 3ds sd card root (I don´t know any other way) and you need godmode9 on your 3ds. You can find enough tutorials how to install gm9 if you don´t have yet. After you put in the sd card press and hold the start button while you power on your console. Then navigate to SD (...) and press a while you have selected the certain file. Select decrypt and you have your encrypted file. (It will show you where it´s saved). Then simply install the decrypted file with either gm9 OR FBI.
