Hacking How to check IOS249 version

I have installed cIOS38v14, without uninstall the old v9. It says installed OK. I also tried USB Load GX 715, channel. Also says OK. But when I tried the alt-dol on Wii Sport Resort, starts from SD, always comes to black scree, no that famous motion video.

How can I check whether i installed the new version of cIOS249 correctly? And how can I check the version of the USB Loader GX?

if you use neogamma loader it says it at the bottom

Also if your using usb loader gx and you go into the settings menu then the credits menu it will tell you in the upper right hand corner what version your using.
