Gaming How to Bypass Metroid Other M Update?

So, I have a hacked Wii, with 4.2 I believe, and I borrowed my friend's copy of Metroid Other M. It's forcing me to update in order to play it. How do I bypass that garbage?

load it thru anything but the disc channel

yeah been finding that alot of the newer games are asking for updates. good advice.
