How to boot OFW?

I know how to do it in hekate. My question is if there is anything specific i need to do first? My CFW atmo install works great, never tried to take it online or anything. I wanna be able to play warframe now that they release cross-save. I just wanna boot into OFW for that only. What steps should i take? Can i just boot OFW from hekate?

How does that sound? You turn off the console completely and turn it on again without a payload. That's all.

Are you using emummc for cfw? Otherwise going online with a dirty sysmmc will get you banned.
