Homebrew How to backup pokemon bank save?

I tried to backup my pokemon bank save with JKSV so I can still always have my pokemon after a transfert to pokemon home but it doesn’t seem to work...
When I restore my save, my boxes are empty..

Is there any special way to backup pokemon bank save?

Pokebank is sync to a server.
