Gaming How to avoid Macbook from sleeping/No admin Rights

Asking for a friend, her work laptop has a 30 min time limit then it would sleep and requires a passowrd to login again. Obviously she can't change this on settings since it's a work laptop and many settings are disabled (they require admin access) I wonder if there's anyway to bypass this to avoid the laptop from sleeping. I was thinking about a code that keeps clicking or moving the mouse, or any other ideas that don't require installing a software. Thanks

Plenty of software out there to jiggle a mouse to keep things awake

Or you can go the hardware approach if you fancy that one (plenty of those little programmable devices will pretend to be a mouse/keyboard and keep tapping keys or moving a mouse).
