Homebrew How to access homebrew launcher

How do i access homebrew launCher on luma 3ds ? Previously I was using menuhax and rxtool . Then I changed to luma few days ago. When I press L it auto launch to emuand no bringing me to the homebrew launcher anymore .

Well anyways op, since you have lima, you should install the HBL cia so that you can go into HBL from the Homemenu

Use the fbi installer to install the HBL CIA mentioned in the previous post.
