64-128GBs is what I recommend. you can only have 300 titles on there, and there are like two games that are as large as 4GBs. xenoblade is one of them, but it's n3ds only I think. anyway, most games are half that size or smaller.

Depends on how much you want to install, ideally, 64GB is a good choice, if you want to install a lot use 128GB or even 200 GB, game size range from like couple hundred MB to a few GB.
