Hardware How much is a 3DS/3DS XL normally priced on the market

So I was looking on EBay, and found a few game consoles for the 3DS priced at $200 USD - $29 USD. I haven't looked at any 3DSXL's yet but I'm interested in getting one becuase I feel they will no longer support the 3DS in the future. (If you notice the Nintendo NX coming out then you probably know what I mean.)

Still what is a good price range to buy a 3DS undamanged least as possible, and finding a good price so I can eventually find it worth modding. (There's no way I would mod a 3DS worth $300 USD...)

Just curious,
I'm guessing these are so cheap due to the new console being developed, and becuase of the Wii U.

Here in Germany they were selt for about 120-130€ for the new 3DS and 140-150€ for the XL version.
