I try to make extra when I cook dinner and tupperware that to work for lunch. But I have a huge weakness for the $5.25 all you can eat Chinese Buffet too soooooo 0 - $5.25.

Also I am a hell of a cook, not good at many things but cooking I am great at, so bringing home lunch is a plus for me

Why do so many people who eat lunch at home, seem to think that it costs them nothing ... ?
maybe they're not actually eating at home, but accidently enter their neighbor's homes and steal all of their food instead?

yeah, bob's right. eating at home still costs you money. as far as I know, the grocery stores in my town haven't started giving shopping carts full of food away. much less, shopping carts full of items that you, yourself get to pick out.

I usually work the PM shifts and the only places that deliver are dominos and hell's pizza
I spend around $20NZD ($15USD) each time.

I'm so sick of pizza now, but hells makes really nice pasta and salads too

there should be a delivery company that will deliver your food from anywhere, like you ring them up and they go into subway/etc order a sandwich and drive it to you..
having no lunch/dinner break sucks..

I spend £2-£3 on a local chicken shop near my college. I buy a toasted twister, chips and a Coke.

If I get really hungry, I walk to KFC and buy myself a BBQ Wrapstar or Fully Loaded (it's £4 with chips and drinks included)

If I have to earn up, I eat at home a lot so I don't get hungry while I'm out.

I dont really eat lunch when away from home...I dont really eat lunch when at home either, but if I'm not spending 0.75 cents on a honey bun then I'm brown bagging delicious left overs or something I made for myself from home, in a real hurry.

This made me realize that I meant to bring some rice for lunch today but forgot...

eH, I don't normally spend money on lunch, I either make something at home and at the people where I work tend to chip in and get everyone lunch.

Or free government supplied high speed internet be nice also. Like Obama care. Xdqwerty that's cool, its time consuming but rewarding once done or playable, to see what you've made from scratch. Animations take forever, but worth it.

    @BigOnYa,
and the visual aspect of the game is quite crude (the sprite that looks best is that of the protagonist just because he is a stickman with sunglasses)

There is a bullets behaviour you assign to your character, that makes the code easier, under "behaviours"
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
i meant that when the character is pointing to the right, the bullets spawn where they should, but when he is on the right, they move to the right but the spawn point is incorrect
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Itch.io has lots of free assets also. Under the bullets behavior tab, there is a "rotate bullets" option, can try that. Or in the code can try
    - fire bullet Player.X(PlayerDirection)

That's cool tho, I'm proud of you going back to it, not giving up. It is difficult at first to learn, but fun once you get the hang of it. I think I've watched every tutorial video there is, but I still struggle sometimes to get stuff to work right. But gotta keep trying dif things, and eventually you will get it right.
