Hacking How long does it take to do a method 1 3ds transfer?

So I am doing the a9lh guide and got a new 3dsxl for chritmas and have a old3dsxl. I have a 32g in my new 3dsxl that has 3g left on it and for the new3dsxl I have a almost eptemy 64g sd card. So I was doing the dsiware downgrade the cfw only one and am at the systransfer part and I choose method 1 because I knew if I did 3 that a bunch of cia files I cant delete would be on my new 3dsxl so I did method 1. Its been like an hour and it is only at 1/6 how long is this thing susposed to take? Thanks in advance.
