I must admit that I partially agree with TwinsanityNtranced..I agree on the fact that M3 Real is a good deal, and that M3 team is one of the longest standing team in Nintendo handheld scene, and I would never call M3 Real a bad cart, but I completely disagree on his statement that CycloDS isn't worth money, it's worth every single cent spent..It is a great cart that works flawlessly with a nice simple menu..And I love having In game menu, I've never used RTS, but it's nice to know I have an option!

M3 Real is a pretty good deal...but if you're going to go there, why not get a Supercard DS One? At the same price point you get a much more feature-rich card.

I mean, it's nice getting a rumble pack and such with your flashcart...but with EZ 3-n-1s being relatively cheap (and well-supported) and other cards having better features at the M3 Real price point, it gets to be a tougher sell.

I've tried 2 M3 reals, and to be honest, their user interface is HORRIBLE and they can't rad certain microSD, such as the Kengsinton 1GB (I tried with 2 cards) whether the R4 and the cycloDS cold read them with any problem, so i don't recommend buying it.

R4 (M3 lite) or CycloDS is the way to go for me.

i have nothing but praise for my cycloDS. since i got it in November i haven't had any problems. the only problem i had was sonic rush adventures freezing but that was due to a cheat code not the cycloDS. 2 weeks ago at school i was playing using the cycloDS and a friend using a r4. we were both playing and his kept on freezing every 20+ minutes while my cycloDS didn't freeze once. he was playing Final Fantasy CC. I recently bought an A-data 8GB microSDHC class 4 and haven't had any problems and i've been playing with my DS a lot. so i recommend the cycloDS over any flashcart the menu is simple and nice compare to some of the others i've seen. yes the price is more but compare to how much you're saving you shouldn't complain.

Every time a new game comes out I come here and see all these posts from other flashcart owners about freezes, or "moogle of death" screens, and I dont get it. The Cyclo Ds is THE best flashcart out there. I have had ZERO problems with it. Every game works flawlessly. I have one, my son has one, my brother has one, and his best friend has one. That is 4 people that I know personally (including myself) whose flashcarts work perfectly. I personally would rather spend the extra 20 bucks or whatever to save myself the headaches that many of these people experience. I would rather have no flashcart than have to put up with that crap.

That Ntraced guy is hilarious. If Cyclo is so inferior to the M3 products, what makes the M3 real so much superior compared to the Cyclo? It's slower, has a weaker shell, and a few others. M3 real is not a bad cart, but not even as close as good as the Cyclo. Also, although RTS is actually partly cheating, it only helps you to save where you are. It doesn't change the game in any way. It just helps you to not waste time, watching cut-scenes or stuff like that, over and over again.

Also, Cyclo is good as a SCDS1. They both got advantages, and disadvantages against each other. However, both of them are great choices. M3 real however, is not the BEST choice, unless you want the flashkart for GBA gaming. Otherwise, it's better to get other carts.

Lastly, I made a review of the SCDS1 SDHC, not the one GBAtemp has (Which is a year outdated, and doesn't list any of the current things available, that makes the cart actually good.) on my blog. Check that if you want.

This. Having a flashcart that runs every game perfectly as soon as they are released is worth the extra money.

Will it work with any microSD brand. I have a 1GB Integral card which works fine with the DSTT but it hangs sometimes. Will CycloDS work no matter what type of microSD you use?

cyclo users might not have encountered a MOD screen but the ingame menu didn't work properly. so are you suggesting people should shell out extra cash and buy an acekard rpg?

Edit: fixed typo

Edit 2: assuming you understood my post, tell me where you can get an acekard rpg for

For an Acekard rpg, you don't have to shell out extra "crash" for it in comparison to a cyclo.....

I started my flash-cart life with a R4 about a year ago. And for a couple of months, my enjoyment of this new gaming world was tempered by my continued frustration with the R4. That is when someone told me about the new CycloDS Evo, and I am so glad he did. I absolutely love it and have never had a single problem at all with it. It rocks! I switch between a 4gb and 8gb Scandisk microsdhc with my Cyclo and I am in gaming heaven. I would highly recommend it!!!

just ordered mine from console up. I hope it is as good as everyone says, I also ordered a 6 gig hdhc sandisk memory card!

just prepare yourself for file fragmentation errors. have fun

The fragmentation errors are when your MicroSD is too fragmented to run the same without lag. Instead of having you try to stumble through the game with no hint on why it is running slowly, the team thought it would be a nice idea to tell customers why it isn't working the way it should and that they can solve the problem with a defragmentation program that takes a couple of minutes.

Yeah dude, Ive never had a frag error. Neither has my son or the other people I know in my family and at work who have one. Like the previous poster said, that is your Micro SD

i was specifically referring to flamesmaster when i posted that since he/she has a hc card. i'm willing to bet you don't? and btw, it's not an isolated problem.

I don't understand why you'd even want to buy another card, just spend the extra $15 on this, it'll more than make up for it with it's superiority over other cards.
I'm using a Taiwanese 2GB Kingston that I got off of newegg for $8.99 and it can run PoR's intro video without any lag. Also never experienced any errors yet and my card is filled.
