How does GIXEN work?

Im looking for a sniper for winning a ebay auction. My internet connection is bullshit. I was looking GIXEN but i dont know how it works. It does a bid at 4 seconds of the auction end but... Someone used it? There is a better alternative? It autobids my maximum price or 1€? It does one bit or it autobids until maximum budget until the end of the auction?
