How do you use PS3 Controller as a Mouse/gamepad?

    How do you use the Playstation 3 Controller as a Mouse or Game Controller for a computer, more specifically, in Ubuntu?
    I would like it to be used over Bluetooth, but wired is just as fine.

    just go to motioninjoy and they shoudl have the drivers.
    Iuno about ubuntu tho

    Not sure about Ubuntu (never really tried to do it on that), but for windows I just found the drivers online then used Joy2key (i think) to assign controls to the ps3 remote.

    There's a thing called DS3tool. The version for linux is kind of hard to manage since there's no GUI, all commands

    Look in Chaz's thread, I posted a response there about this doing some quick research. For now, look into the "PlayDeb" repository and the two input mapping programs they have there.
