Hacking How do you update your DS/Two again?

Sorry... but I keep forgetting what I need to do exactly, and they don't have this information on the site's download/instruction page.

I wanna update my DSTwo the "background" way as the cart is blocked by my 3DS. I know I'm supposed to rename a file with a B in it, but i don't know which file or where it goes.

Plz halp? :3

I don't like that method... It requires me to buy a used outdated system even though my flashcart has the ability to avoid that very thing.
