Get yourself a slot2 EZFlash 3-in-1 GBA expansion cart, and download GBA ExpLoader. Put some .gba games on your DSTT's microSD card. Run GBA ExpLoader, and you're ready to go.
You can't run GBA games without a slot2 cart.
