Hacking How do you patch?

I've never used wiigator v.1 beta so i never needed to patch. but now i need to for v.3 (some games).

I use linux, but i can always use a windows on wine. so how do you patch a game?

ive always had trouble with wine on programs like this.
youll be better off using virtualbox and an XP install. *ive had to do for a while for all the various small programs that just refuse to run under wine.

i havent tested it in wine, but heres an all inclusive exe that will patch the games. *note the progress bar doesn't work, so it will be hard to see if it runs correctly in wine, just give it about 10-15 mins to make sure it patched.
