Gaming how do you patch wii wads to work with riiconnect 24?

ok so after a few months of hiatus on wii modding i forgot how to patch channels to work with riiconnect 24
the method on wii guide didin't help and i gotta check out the mii contest channel/check mii out channel (pal).

If you do not running Windows then you can use a Virtual Machine to get your patched WAD Files.
