I have a 1TB External HDD that I will be using mainly for my Laptop but I also want to use it for my Wii.

I've never had the pleasure of making a partition before (I googled it it gave me crap)
So how would I go about making a partition on my external HDD?
I'm looking for specific instructions :yay:

Thanks in advance Tempers.

you can use this tool to partition any HDD and home use i free. stick witFAT32 cluster size 32kb when making a drive for the Wii :)
all the best usb loaders support it and grab WiiBackuoManager off one of GBAtemps forums to convert your games to .wbfs extension.

Start > Rightmousebutton on Computer > Manage > Disk Management.

That's the disk management screen of windows.
From there you can rightmousebutton your HDD, and select an option.
If you want to totally repartition it, I would backup my data if there is any in it. Then delete the partition already on the disk, and then just make new partitions by going through the wizards.
