Hacking How do you navigate back to the front menu

I have a M3dsReal .
How do you navigate back to the front menu (7 icons) once you are in the media section?
If I read an ebook (a game walkthrough) and then want to go to the game, how do I do it with out turning the DS off then back on? Surely you must be able to navigate backwards.

You can go to Setting in the Media Player then Reboot. But there's no 'softreset' for the media player.
