ROM Hack How do you hack roms?

How do you hack NDS roms? Like translations or modifaications like pokemon bloody platinum for example. If anyone could tell me how that would be greatly appreciated.

Nope, All of the guys who have done the hacks actually bought the game carts and did this.

You need a rom and a hacking tool, google should get you what you want.

Modyfying a save (such as adding pokemans, items etc) is extremely easy... But hacking a rom.... I think that some of the guys who made the modifications have made an easy operating program (with GUI i think?)... You need at first the game itself (dump of the game)... then... I don't really know

If he doesn't understand how to search for information, I very highly doubt he'll understand how to hack ROMs.

You don't need to go anywhere to get something from another country. There are sites that sells them and delivers it to you.

well since so many people are not likely to answer it becasue there 1st hobby is trolleying others.
You Need a Few Programs
1. A Hex Editor
2. A .NDS Rom Manager to break them like DSBuff or DSLazy(Which i use)
3. Wordpad
4. CrystalTile for more advanced hacking like font of sort

you can google this up or find extra info at the hacking site which lot of people learned to hack named.
