Scrubbing just gets rid of garbage data. What game is it? To scrub Brawl you need to replace ALL the cutscenes for Subspace Emmissary with the smallest cutscene and all the Masterpieces with a random empty text file.

To scrub MPT you have to repace all the files pertaining to MP3 with blank text files.

How to convert a SSBB NTSC-U DVD9 to DVD5


Note : use an older version of Wiiscrubber, not compatible with DVD9, so it will "crop" the iso to DVD5 size.
or use the 7z.exe function to split the iso in 2 files (specify split at : 4,699,979,776 bytes)

Then use either method : ppf patch, or manually modify the files content.
