Hacking how do u dump a ds game with supercard dstwo?

k just got puzzle quest 2 and i wanted to back it up and i have a supercard dstwo. now ive read the way wher u can do it at home with wifi or a hotspot but it seemed confusing and was jw if ther was a easy way like a plugin or utility that just did it for u? if not whats a really good tutorial on how to do it with the wifi way and im on windows 7 btw.

If you have a DS Lite you can do it. However it won't work on a DSi (although it did work for me once but didn't after that one time :\).
