Don't know why as 6.2 is recommended, but if you are already running CFW, just use ChoidujourNX which is a homebrew app on the switch, not Choidujour which is a PC app.
download the 6.1 firmware files, copy to sd card in a folder, launch choidujourNX and choose the 6.1 firmware, then install. uncheck the AutoRCM option if you don't want it.
