I am on SX OS 2.5 Beta with 6.2 Emunand (hidden partition) and 6.2 "clean" Sysnand. I'm currently on a 128GB microsd, but got a 256GB for the holidays and wanted to upgrade my switch storage capacity. I tried using EaseUs to clone the SD but it sees the hidden partition as unallocated space.

Does anyone have any advice or instructions on how I can upgrade my storage?
Thank you in advance :)

Think you can just format the sd card and copy and paste everything over.
But what about my hidden partition/emunand? Would I just simply make a new one using the SX OS boot menu or would you recommend I do any "cleaning"/restores first

I buyed a 400gb micro sdcard from sandisk,i just copied everything over from my old micro sdcard to the new sdcard formatted as fat32,and it works perfekt,i use also sxos.
You just have to set emunand back on the new microsdcard.

Sorry, not sure on that, Im not using an emulated nand, as for the sysnand data they copy over if it is properly formatted.
