Hacking How do I update a spoofed Wii U?

Hi, back when 5.5.2 came out, and when people were trying to find a way to properly spoof the Wii U, there was a solution involving installing just the version data (or whatever) via WUPInstaller. So I did that, but now that 5.5.2 has been exploited, I am wondering how I can manually install 5.5.2, since I am on 5.5.1.

Turn off blocking and go to eshop. It will update.

But why? Why not stay on 5.5.1?

yeah, I've read that the new exploit is pretty unstable, so I wouldn't bother updating until it's at least more stable. I believe you can still do everything on 5.5.1 that you can on 5.5.2.

Is there any homebrew I won't be able to use on a 5.5.2 Coldboot Haxchi Install? I've uninstalled and reinstalled CBHC multiple times and since IOSUHax isn't patched I can just update with regular Haxchi still installed, and then reinstall CBHC. I've considered doing only if there are zero drawbacks to doing it. Are there any?

u can install the update even with cbhc installed if that's what you're asking.

I'm asking if there are any exploit, homebrew, or vWii hacking compatibility issues with firmware 5.5.2.

afaik, everything works the same. with the new webkit exploit, u can still install haxchi through the browser, but it's not worth updating since it's unstable at the moment. personally, I'd wait.
