How do I setup OPENVPN on Unraid ..?

Hello, I have been issues with my plex server on my unraid having issues connecting to myplex when my VPN on my unraid tower is enabled. I'd like to if possible setup my openVPN to route all plex traffic normally as if there wasnt a VPN but for EVERYTHING else to go through the VPN, Torrents, etc.

Can anyone please provide some insight?
