If all you're trying to do is get the save onto your PC, you're much better off not using Atmosphere at all. Just use Hekate, make a NAND backup, and then extract the save from the NAND backup using information in the links I've already posted.
You don’t need to make a nand backup :P. You can mount a Switch’s nand on a PC with memloader and hacdiskmount
 
If it's emulation you want, you should check out Lakka (there is also a thread here on this forum). It is a Linux based OS and an implementation of RetroArch. It runs from RAM (i.e. it is not installed on your switch), it runs before Horizon OS is booted, and is therefore completely untraceable by Nintendo. It has some issues though, the biggest one being that sound doesn't work yet
They STILL don't have the sound issue fixed? Sounds like they don't ever PLAN to fix it either... :/
